Panels & Software: 2-Door
The SK-ACPE Advanced Control Panel is a highly sophisticated, yet simple to use, two-door access control unit. The SK-ACPE is the new version of the legendary SK-ACP, featuring built-in Ethernet, improved surge suppression, more transaction storage and a faster 32-bit ARM Cortex RISC Processor. The unit accepts readers that have a Wiegand output with almost any card technology. Each of the two doors controlled by the unit is completely independent of the other and is configured, programmed and viewed separately. Each door has a separate node address. Each door has two programmable inputs which may be programmed to function as a door open, remote inactive, door monitor, tamper, arming circuit, door unlock, or user
defined input.
Each door has two outputs. One output is the relay that activates the door-operating device. The other output is programmable to activate under one of many possible alarm conditions, time zone or card violations.
As a stand alone, the unit may be programmed using a PC either locally or via a modem over standard phone lines. Transaction information is stored by the unit and may be downloaded to a PC or printer.
SK-NET™ Access Control Software is an easy-to-use Windows®-based program for managing SK-ACPE control panels. Up to 200 doors in a location can be networked using a high-speed RS-485 twisted pair bus.
SK-NET™-MLD allows the creation of an unlimited number of locations and connection via TCP/IP OR dial-up modem. SK-NET-MLD is single-user multi-location software, but if you require multi-user, multi-location capability, you can purchase SK-NET-MLD Client Server Version (SK-NET-MLD-CSx), available with licenses for 2, 5, 10 or 15 simultaneous users. SK-NET™-MLD software is also ideal for Managed Access Control, allowing dealers to remotely manage access control systems for multiple customer locations for a monthly service charge.
SK-NET™ also features Video Integration when used with the Hikvision VMS. Video integration allows the user to link any video channel from the Hikvision VMS to the SK-NET platform and to record video while an access control or intrusion event occurs. The integration supports live video with PTZ control, provides video clips of events or event sequences, allows speed control and frame-by-frame analysis. Clips or individual frames can be downloaded to a removable storage device for forensic purposes. The integration even provides comparison of live-vs-stored cardholder images at critical entrances for security guards to verify cardholder identity. SK-NET also features Video Integration with Remote Eyes® by Odyssey Technologies.
SK-NET™ includes Lockdown and Real-Time Door Status Features, critical for Schools, Courts, Government Offices and other facilities who need to lock or disable groups of doors with a single command.

NOVA.16 Panels SK-MRCP-LE, NE, & PCBA
Secura Key’s new NOVA.16 multi-reader access control panel, based on a powerful 32-bit RISC processor, provides a major technology upgrade to Secura Key’s legacy SK-NET™ system.
The NOVA.16 introduces a new more efficient architecture for the SK-NET™ system. Each panel connects to the local area network using its built-in Ethernet connection, and it also connects to a high speed, RS485 peripheral network which supports up to 16 Smart Readers, each controlling a single door or gate. (NOVA.16’s can also be interconnected using the RS-485 Command Bus). The Peripheral Network can extend up to 4000 feet away from the controller. The NOVA.16’s RS-485 communications lines are protected with gas discharge tube surge suppressors, which helps keep systems running in areas with extreme weather conditions and power problems. By reducing the number of control panels required for multidoor systems, plus the associated cost of providing electrical outlets, space and power supplies for those panels, the NOVA.16 provides a huge savings in installation time and cost. The NOVA.16 boasts a 3-Amp heavy-duty power supply with power line noise filtering and resettable thermal fuses. It continually monitors backup battery status. Communications speeds and transaction storage capacity have more than doubled over previous controller models.
SK-WIO-1 Wiegand Interface is designed to connect Wiegand output devices, such as long range card readers (RK-WL), keypads (SK-KPM/S) and biometric readers and non-Secura Key readers to the Peripheral Bus of Secura Key’s NOVA.16 Access Control Panel. (It will also work in any system using Secura Key’s SR Protocol over an RS-485 bus.) It receives data and power from the NOVA.16 panel, and has all the input and output connections for a controlled door or gate, including a Wiegand Input, latch and aux relay outputs, and two “alarm” inputs (for REX, Door Monitor, etc.)
SK-NET™ Access Control Software is an easy-to-use Windows®-based program for managing SK-ACPe or NOVA.16 control panels. The SK-NET-DM basic software controls up to 200 doors using RS-485, and it also allows a single TCP/ IP connection. SK-NET™-MLD Multi-Location Software is required for dial-up modem use or multiple TCP/IP connections, and allows an unlimited number of locations or Secura Key panels to be connected via TCP/IP. SK-NET-MLD features fully integrated ID badging software.
