Q. Can SK-NET Mobile App be used to gain access at a controlled door?
A. No, SK-NET Mobile App is not an access control credential.
Q. What functions does SK_NET Mobile App allow you to do remotely?
A. Monitor and Manage SK-NET from anywhere, from any mobile device (iOS, Android)
Unlock doors for trusted employees or after-hours deliveries
Change or void cardholder access privileges (and update the system immediately)
Initiate a Security Lockdown (Active Shooter Scenario)
View reader status, open/lock/unlock a door or disable/enable a door schedule for any reader. Add, delete or modify user (cardholder) status, user photo, and user data
Command SK-NET to Send Cards to the stand-alone reader network (update changes)
Start and monitor a previously configured Lockdown.
Connect to a selected location in Multi-Location systems.
Q. What other operations can I perform with SK-NET Mobile App?

Q. How do you add SK-NET Mobile to any existing SK-NET System?
A. 1. Download and install SK-NET version 6.2 or higher from Securakey.com.
2. Setup SK-NET system as usual.
3. Create an SK-NET “Cloud” account for use with the SK-NET Mobile app.
A monthly access fee will be charged based on the number of mobile installations.
Q. What is SK Cloud?
A. Securakey has a Cloud Presence, which supports mobile devices and web-based SK-NET applications. “Cloud” refers to servers accessed over the internet, together with their software and databases. Mobile access is made available through the use of shared cloud databases to which both SK-NET and SK-NET Mobile have access. SK-NET still maintains the “master or main” data base files at the local system but copies certain relevant data to the cloud for use by the mobile app.
Q. What are Securakey Portals?
A. Securakey operates secure Portals on the Securakey Cloud, providing access to Securakey Customer Service and Technical Support staff to authorize Dealers, who in turn can authorize Installers, customers and staff to download SK-NET Mobile and connect it to their access control systems.
Q. How do I bill Customers for Monthly Mobile App Charges?
A. Securakey can handle customer billing for its dealers if desired (contact Sales for additional information).
Q. Are there System Requirements for the Software and Mobile Devices used?
A. SK-NET 6.2. and above

Q. What are Operating Requirements for SK-NET Mobile?
A. SK-NET software must be running and connected to door controllers. SK-NET AND SK-NET Mobile must both have internet access and be connected to SK-CLOUD
